Excellent career opportunity with great benefits. Job Summary/Purpose: Responsible for the leadership, planning, developing and implementation of the Agency Hospice Program. Collaborates with the Vice President of Home Health to establish objectives, policies and standards in compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, quality improvement and compliance. Assists in the review and analysis of new programs and services within the Hospice program and makes recommendations when necessary. Supervises the coordination of Hospice services and provides supervision of the Hospice management staff. Ensures compliance with all State and Federal Regulations for Hospice and Medicare. Also responsible for reviewing monthly financials and compare actual Hospice revenue and expenses against budget and makes appropriate operational changes to achieve required fiscal results. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Nursing from an accredited college or university, Masters degree preferred. Experience: Prior experience in clinical supervision, prior hospice experience preferred. Licensure: Other: Hospice certification preferred. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities related to operations and systems management, HR management, and quality and customer service management.
